REDUCING UNEMPLOYMENT &

UPSKILLING THE YOUTH OF SOUTH AFRICA

Formed with the express purpose of partnering with companies in order to reduce unemployment and upskill the youth of South Africa, ATVANCE ACADEMY continues to prove its worth, with our expertise in skills training optimisation having resulted in a 100% success rate in verification submissions.

The companies that support us gain improved B-BBEE levels due to the impact that our initiative has on the various pillars of the B-BBEE codes – Preferential Procurement, Skills Development and with extended application to Socio-Economic Development.

We work with community leaders, community centres, libraries and schools to help us open campuses in their local areas. This allows us to make education affordable and convenient and brings us closer to our goal of training 80 000 learners a year.
