We love to shine the spotlight of gratitude on our facilitators. Adolphus Ramadipane is a facilitator from our Braamfischer campus and he was inspired to become a facilitator because he recognises that he is a people’s person and being a facilitator has made him realize that he knows himself in more ways than one. He is a passionate talker, and he understands the power of engaging and interacting with different people, socially, educationally, or otherwise. He said his main goal is to make someone realize their goals and what difference they can make.
He expressed a challenge the job poses by saying that students drop out during the peak of the course and this is mainly due to personal problems. Adolphus is a former student of ATVANCE ACADEMY, and he says he always knew he wanted to be part of this inspirational company. We asked him who he would like to thank, and his closing comments and he has this to say:
I would like to thank all the facilitators and coordinators who work closely with me. They have been nothing but supportive and they always teach me to always approach each day with a positive attitude and work hard.
As I look back from where it all started. One is still in disbelief. I knew that I was going to become an accredited facilitator eventually but I didn’t think it would be this soon as we all know that it’s blood, sweat and tears and it can be frustrating to land a job sooner. However, with ATVANCE ACADEMY having believed in me and granted me the unique opportunity which changed my whole landscape in my career.
I would encourage someone else who might find themselves wondering what they could do with their lives and not sure where to start looking. Grab the opportunity when it presents itself and never look back. Believe in yourself and work hard.
