FACILITATOR

Phillemon Mokhali

Say Hello to Phillemon Mokhali, one of our facilitators from the Orange Farm and Evaton West. He was motivated to become a facilitator to better the lives of young South Africans around the country in order for them to obtain future employment. He expressed that as a facilitator, he is challenged by getting students to enrol for the free courses and then motivating them to see the course through to obtain their certification. He is also challenged by the youth in his community being exposed to teenage pregnancy, drug abuse and unemployment. Despite these, he remains a dedicated facilitator! Phillemon says “seeing the learners go through the development phase has humbled me because I know they can now play a role in contributing to the economy and provide for their families once they get employment”.

He is currently pursuing his OD-EDTP and the opportunity was offered by ATVANCE ACADEMY to future his qualifications. In summary he encourages the youth in different communities and provinces to take opportunities offered by ATVANCE ACADEMY to develop themselves and shape their future.
